vLovers forum is powered by bbpress forum software..
bbpress forum software is less common but very fast, simple, lightweight, elegant n easy to customize n program.. Since to many of members, this forum is new, let me tell u some basic guide to posting..
a background knowledge : Everything or functionality on this forum is added through plugins (generally called mods on other forum software).. even d basic bbcode is added through appropriate plugins (basically a .php file).. So with time, new plugins would be added to enhance the capabilities of forum... till then enjoy and [b] give feedback and also report any bug or error u get [/b]to my email - admin [at] vlovers {dot} com
~ 1. whenever u post, u'll see this line - "Allowed markup: BBcode a blockquote code em strong ul ol li font strike center u hr img.Put code." - below send post button .. Its as simple just use these codes in [] box like [ b] [ u] etc...
~ 2. While posting a new topic, u get a box to fill up tags for ur topic just below the edit box where u write contents of ur topic.. Fill a few words related to ur topic in d tags box with comma (,) between tags..
~ 3. To know forum statistics >> visit [url=http://vlovers.com/forum/?mini-stats=statistics] Vlovers Statistics [/url]
~ 4. Your Reputation increases with no. of posts count and also if some1 gives his/her repo to u but d repo of d donor would decrease... It works like bank balance method.. earn repo, then spend.. :wink:
~ 5. Above the menu bar, when viewing ur profile, u get option to edit ur profile (edit option is light in color so), alternatively u can go to http://vlovers.comhttp://vlovers.com/forum/profile/ur-username/edit - replace d word 'ur username' with ur usename with which u login to d forum...

Why so? Nobody like to spend their repo on others(not me atleast,lol,i m not that kind :lol:).

Poll system added... Whenever u open a topic, u will find a link : "would u like to add a poll to this topic for members to vote on" - Just click on it and create poll and have happy voting 8)
U can also subscribe to a topic for any updates in that topic, for this just click on d drop-down arrow beside subscribe to topic option found above tags in any topic

Now Avatar feature is also added with [b]gravatar[/b] support too.. U can either upload ur own avatar or use gravatar...
To change ur [b]avatar[/b] visit ur profile and u'll see an option for avatar at the top in the right side slightly above menu links..
Also [b]unread topics[/b] are now designed in different colors than read topics...
One more - Now u can [b]report[/b] post of any member which u don't find appropriate... Use Report button located below every post. (Note: U won't find report button below ur own post :D )

Hey friends, can any1 give feedback about the new update to forum i.e. categories section appear at the top of the front page of the forum while latest discussions appear below the categories.. Or should I revert back to latest discussions at the top and categories below discussions :?:
Also now you can quote posts, to use it, click on quote button located at the bottom of a post....

Much needed feature - pm or private messages has been added, Now u can interact with other members in personal ( send pm, receive pm )and don't worry even I can't read your private messages..... Complete privacy and security.... Any feedback or queries or reporting of problems would be kindly appreciated......

* Funnyordie
* Gametrailers
* Collegehumor
* Dailymotion
* Glumbert
* Liveleak
* Redtube
* Googlevideo
* Sevenload
* Metacafe
* Clipfish
* Vimeo
etc... To insert a video in your post, u need to do nothing except writing the link of that video in your post..
